ORDER CANCELLATION

We attempt to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, and because of this, we cannot cancel or change orders once they are dispatched. 

If you find an error within your order, please email A.P.D.G. within 8 hours of confirmation email. Once orders are processed for shipment, no changes can be made. Unfortunately, if a customer provides an incorrect address upon checkout and the items are delivered to the incorrect address, we are unable to process a refund for those items. 

Once an item has shipped we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. In this case, please contact USPS to make any address changes. 

 

DELIVERIES

We now require a signature upon delivery. USPS or FEDEX will make three attempts to deliver the package(s) but if the customer is unavailable to receive their order, items will be held at the specified USPS or FEDEX location for pickup. Please note that items are held for a limited time before they are returned to A.P.D.G.. If by chance your tracking information states that your item has been delivered, please contact USPS or FEDEX for further information. 

 

RETURNS/REFUNDS

Due to potential hygiene and sanitary matters, A.P.D.G. does not accept returns on any opened or used personal care or beauty applicator items. In the event there is a product, packaging and/or container defect, please submit a copy of your purchase receipt along with the defective product and ship to our fulfillment center within fourteen (14) days of initial A.P.D.G. dispatch confirmation. We will supply customers with a replacement of the defective product only. We will not accept returns on defective products in which product has been used or completely emptied out of containers. 

All returned items must be accompanied by the original return form and customs documents (if applicable).

A.P.D.G. does not offer store credit.

RETURN DIRECTIONS:

To make a return, please follow the next two steps carefully.

Step 1:
Make a copy of your original purchase receipt that was included in your shipment/package. 

Step 2:
Safely enclose return item(s) in a suitable shipping package. Be sure to include the copy of the purchase receipt highlighting items being returned, as we will not accept any returns without it. Seal your package and affix it with the shipping label of the carrier of your choice. Then simply drop your package off at an official location of the specified carrier. 

 

Note: A.P.D.G. strongly recommends using delivery confirmation and tracking services on your return package, as we will not be held liable for any lost, damaged, un-trackable or late return packages. A.P.D.G. is not responsible for any shipping fees, including return shipping fees. 

All returns will be processed within 14 business days upon receipt of return package to the A.P.D.G. website fulfillment center. Customers will be refunded to their original form of purchase. Please note that refunds will post according to your financial institutions schedule. 

A.P.D.G. is not responsible for original and return shipping/handling fees. These fees are non-refundable. All used, damaged and/or late returns that do not meet A.P.D.G.'s return qualifications will be sent back to the customer via ground shipping and not applicable for further returns. Orders that are refused for delivery by the customer or any order that cannot be shipped via USPS due to an invalid address will receive a refund minus any shipping fees and a10% restocking fee. 

A.P.D.G. will not be responsible for any product that has not been properly identified and authorized for return in accordance with the A.P.D.G. return policy.

A.P.D.G. reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
