We offer free, standard shipping via USPS on all domestic and international orders over $50.00 (USD) before tax.
For orders that do not meet the free shipping requirements, there is a flat USPS shipping rate of $8.00 (USD) for DOMESTIC orders and $15.00 for INTERNATIONAL orders. Orders over $50.00 will receive free, standard shipping via USPS and this discount will be automatically applied at checkout. If a customer wishes to use FEDEX as their shipping carrier, that option will be made available at checkout provided that the items meet the FEDEX weight requirement.
We do not require a signature upon delivery. If FEDEX or USPS cannot make a successful delivery, items will be returned to sender. Please note, customer(s) will receive a refund only for those items that meet our return/refund qualifications. If items are returned to us by USPS or FEDEX, customer will not receive a refund for shipping charges. Read more about our return/refund qualifications here.
Orders are fulfilled Monday-Friday. Please allow five to seven business days for your order to be prepared and fulfilled. Occasionally customer order fulfillment timeframes may be extended due to delays in financial institution verification, major and/or local holidays, sales and/or peak order periods. We are not responsible for unexpected delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself including but not limited to shipping delays, inclement weather, strikes, national disasters, political unrest or any other unforeseen matter.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your USPS or FEDEX tracking number. Tracking information will be emailed to the email address you provide to A.P.D.G. at the time of purchase. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update via www.usps.com.
OFFERS AND PROMOTION CODES
To take advantage of a special promotion, you must enter the promo code BEFORE Checkout. The offer will be automatically applied when the appropriate information is entered. Offer codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear. Only one offer code may be used per online order and aren't applied to items that are already discounted.

U.S. SALES TAX
We collect state sales tax on orders shipped within Alabama.
Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation email and packing slip.
All international packages may require additional processing time. A.P.D.G. is not responsible for additional shipping and/or custom charges incurred by customer when importing goods. If package is returned to A.P.D.G. due to unpaid charges, we will not issue a refund, reshipment charges will be applied and the customer is responsible for these charges.
A.P.D.G. accepts Discover, MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
Email is not a secure method of transmitting credit card information, so please do NOT send us credit card information via email.
SAFE SHOPPING GUARANTEE
An order confirmation will appear as the final step in your order process. In addition, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the order number of your purchase. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an additional email to confirm shipment and tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.
We do accept order cancellations. Please send an email to our customer service team including the order number and cancellation request. Please note, once a customer receives their tracking confirmation via email, it means the order has been fulfilled and shipped therefore it cannot be changed or cancelled.
If a customer has input an incorrect address in error, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible following receipt of confirmation email so that the order can be cancelled and refunded. Once orders are processed for shipment, no changes can be made. Unfortunately, if a customer provides an incorrect address upon checkout and the items are delivered to the incorrect address, we are unable to process a refund for those items.
Once an item has shipped we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. In this case, please contact USPS or FEDEX as soon as possible to request alternate routes or address changes.
